The personal data provided, in particular name, address, telephone number, bank details, which are necessary and required solely for the purpose of implementing the tenancy (e.g. service charge settlement, maintenance of the rental property, communication with the property management), are collected on the basis of legal authorizations (Art. 6 lit. 6 GDPR).
Any other use of personal data and the collection of additional information regularly requires the consent of the data subject. You can give such consent voluntarily in the following section.

Purpose: Implementation and handling of the tenancy
I agree that the personal data provided may be passed on to the respective service providers by Hochheiden Hausverwaltung GmbH for the purpose of coordinating appointments and commissioning tradesmen, emergency services, experts, utilities, etc.. This data will only be passed on within the scope of the necessary commissioning of external service providers by the property management company.
Right of objection
You can also exercise your right to object at any time without giving reasons and amend or completely revoke your declaration of consent with effect for the future. You can send your revocation by post. You will not incur any costs other than the postage costs.
I give this consent voluntarily. I am aware that I will not suffer any disadvantages if I do not grant it or revoke it.
As a precautionary measure, the administrator would like to point out that a revocation may lead to problems, for example when arranging appointments or commissioning tradesmen.
